For the Solo margarine brand of Unilever we implemented an online loyalty program. Consumers can save points by collecting bar codes on the Solo packages. These points can be redeemed online, to get a discount on the Solo Golden Baking Book.
Address System produced the bar codes and delivered them to Unilever, so they could be printed on the Solo packages.
We developed the online Solo portal, where the consumer could enter his barcode numbers. The discount on the Baking Book was then calculated automatically. After ordering online, the Golden Baking Book was sent to the consumer.
Address System took care of the portal design, programming, payment processing, stock management, distribution, customer service and reporting.
